We’re excited to announce our new Family Rhythm Flow sessions – a fun, creative, and relaxing yoga class designed for families with young children.

These sessions combine yoga-based poses, hand drumming, and singing, blending rhythm with creative movement and relaxation for an uplifting and enriching experience 🤩

Yoga offers so many benefits for children and young people, including:

• Improving focus, balance, and coordination

• Building confidence and body awareness

• Reducing stress and encouraging relaxation

• Supporting emotional resilience and wellbeing

• Strengthening bonds when shared as a family

Sessions are taking place on Wednesday 19th February at Stonebridge City Farm & Gardens and they’re FREE thanks to support from Sport England.

All mats, props and instruments provided
