This Christmas, the East Midlands Designer Outlet is hosting a special grotto experience running daily from Monday, November 17th through Wednesday, December 24th, from 10am to 7pm. 

All visits must be pre-advanced booked (pricing is available via the "BOOK NOW" button).

Families can choose between two 15-minute immersive experiences:

Storytime with Santa: Gather 'round as Santa shares a magical Christmas tale.

Includes a Meet & Greet with Santa, a festive photo opportunity, a sweet treat, and a personal letter from Santa.

Making Reindeer Food with Mrs. Claus: Join Mrs. Claus to create your own magical reindeer food. 

Includes a Meet & Greet with Mrs. Claus, a festive photo opportunity, a sweet treat, and a personal letter from Santa.

Both experiences take place in a beautifully immersive grotto and offer SEND-friendly sessions for a calm, comfortable setting. 

A proportion of all grotto proceeds will be donated to the centre's Charity Partner of the Year, Kids Village.
