The home of Nottinghamshire County Cricket Club hosts its fourth Fireworks Nights this year, and for the first time it’s spread over three evenings. Each night has its own theme, and Sunday’s display is set to family-friendly songs, so it’s a great pick for little ones.

Arrive early and explore the concourses, where you’ll find 15 of Nottingham’s favourite independent food stalls alongside live DJs and family entertainment. There’s plenty to try, including:

• Texas-style BBQ and fried chicken

• Indian, Persian, Malaysian, Italian and Greek dishes

• Locally made confectionery and freshly baked treats

• Craft beers and artisan coffee

• Tickets have sold out in each of the previous three years, so book early.

• Doors open two hours before each display, leaving plenty of time to enjoy the food stalls.
